Sales & Client Success Agent (Commission-Based)

Field-based · Kenya (all counties) · Commission-based sales agent contract

Apply now

Are you a hustler who can walk into a school, speak to a principal, and walk out with a deal? Join Aniru Technologies and sell software that solves real problems for schools, shops, lenders, SACCOs and chamas. Our flagship product is Akademia360, a complete school management system.

What you'll do

  • Find and approach schools, shops, lenders, SACCOs and chama groups
  • Run product demos with decision-makers (principals, directors, bursars, chairpersons, owners)
  • Close deals: signed contract and onboarding payment into the Aniru paybill
  • Onboard and train client staff and members
  • Follow up monthly so clients stay active and pay on time
  • Log every lead and activity in the Aniru Sales Hub the same day
  • Submit a weekly report every Friday by 9:00 AM

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, IT or related field (or strong equivalent experience)
  • At least 1 year of field sales experience; school or software sales is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication in English and Kiswahili
  • Own smartphone with internet; own means of transport is an advantage
  • Honest, disciplined and able to work without supervision

How you get paid

  • Year-1 commission: a share of every payment your client makes in its first 12 months, including the signing payment — Schools 35%, SACCO 30%, Loan 30%, POS 25%, Chama 25%
  • Renewals: 12% of every payment after year 1, or 15% once your paying clients are worth KES 60,000+ a month (Elite)
  • Example: one 201–400 learner school earns you about KES 21,000 in its first year
  • Weekly allowance KES 2,000: complete your track's verified demo target (Monday–Thursday) and submit your report by Friday 9 AM
  • Paid by M-Pesa to your registered number: the allowance every Friday, commission in the next payout after the client's money reaches Aniru, bonuses at month-end or quarter-end
